Mojo's Music Academy on Terry Street in Longmont runs a Rock n Roll Summer Camp with eight weeks to choose from, where campers learn a new song each day and rehearse toward an end-of-week concert. Campers trace the history of rock from blues and Motown through '90s grunge and contemporary rock, and write an original song influenced by one of those eras. It is for musicians ages 11 to 16 on guitar, voice, drums, bass, keyboards or horns; campers bring their own instrument except drummers and keyboard players.
