Google Reviews
Powered by GoogleI wanted to get a real feel for this place before I did a review. I'll start with the positive. They do try to push the child to do good; and if they feel the child is good at it, they push them even more. I like that they stop and correct the child if their form is off. I also feel that if your child isn't that good, they get ignored. I say praise the child for at least trying. I see favoritism also. It's certain kids he starts to get onto as soon as it's time to start. The young lady coaches are seemingly nice & patient enough; I know it's hard working with kids & them being young themselves. I do not like Moe's tone with the younger girls. He's always embarrassing them. Kids are going to talk, sorry. Im all for discipline (it takes a village...go for it) but embarrassment; no...walk over and explain why u dont want them to talk or whatever it is they're doing. I also noticed that the coach for those particular girls, he always has a little remark for her. He yelled at my kid recently for something that she didn't know she was doing wrong (site the rules 1st and the kids will know what will and wont be tolerated)...and some of the parents turned and looked at me; I knew then that it felt off. We probably won't stick around much longer. I'm not going to pay you to keep embarrassing my kid. She might not be really good but she's human and has feelings.
We are beyond grateful for Moe and his team for being so patient and attentive to our 2 young boys. We look forward to seeing what the future brings for them while they're here at Moe's. You can definitely tell that the staff is highly experienced AND enjoy teaching. Our family would highly recommend this gym, not only for little ones but also for the experienced. Very impressed. Thanks y'all! 💕
SENIOR SUNDAY - Megan Stalsworth Joined at the age 4 through 16. Because of Moe's training & guidance, Megan successfully became a 2 year Warren Middle School Cheerleader, then a 4 year Forney Highstepper. (Sophomore line officer, Junior Lieutenant & Senior Lieutenant.) (This review will not let me post pictures that I'd love to share of Moe, Megan and all those who helped during Megan's school years) These are all the people including us (Mom & Dad) that have enriched and inspired Megan's mind, body & soul to become the young lady she is today. They all played an important role in Megan's life and we appreciate everything they have done to help guide her. Thank you, Moe Gholi, Kristina Duncan, Poy Brown, Camie Sanchez Gibson, Lorone Hall, Katie Jenkins, Becky Trejo Upshaw, Miranda Brackins, Stacie Crumpton Weisberg, Erica T. McNeil, & Rylie Vaught! I
Moe is an awesome teacher and is so great with the kids. He pays attention to the smallest details and makes sure the kids learn the correct way to do each thing. When his kids tumble you can see the difference correcting all those small details makes. This place is great!!!
My three girls have been coming for almost two years and two summer camps. All three adore the instructors. In an hour class they rotate through four exercises in small groups. I have been very pleased with how they work with young and very young children for what I think is a reasonable price.
