Actually should get ZERO stars. Horrific organization who doesn't appear to care about the safety of the gymnasts or their families, strictly the money. Not sure why anyone would support or utilize this facility. Nothing inaccurate about my review, other reviews you have received paint the same picture, money first, kids second.

Update: soon after I wrote the 1 star review with my issues I got a response and a call (that I unfortunately missed) but that shows management cares and that really means alot. Thus increasing to a 3 star. I’m really disappointed with my experience at Texas Gymnastics Coppell. My daughter was moved from Level 1 to Level 2 after only a few classes, which increased the monthly fee. Plus charges a $50 “annual registration” charge. I wish they had properly assessed her skills at the beginning instead of leveling her up so quickly. The bigger issue came when they changed her class time for Level 2, and I rearranged my family’s schedule around it — only to get a call later saying they can’t accommodate that class for 2–3 weeks because there’s no instructor available. They told me to keep sending her to Level 1 in the meantime and refused to offer any make-up classes, citing a “no make-up” policy, even though this situation was entirely due to their mistake.

Sure here are some things that need some major improvements. Inexperienced coaches like teens or college kids who do not stay long enough or care enough. This gym is like a paid playground. few good instructors but the majority is there to kill time. The front desk lady never ever said hello to us. Kids go wild. Too many kids so you don't learn anything. We were asked to join the team but the coach never replied to my text. This place is all about squeezing as much as $ out of the parents. The air quality is hazardous. Often the AC is not strong enough and the fair filters are not working. Looks smokey inside.

Coaches are good, but still kids takes sometime to learn all these nuances. Just 4 months since the enrollment, started seeing some changes ❤️

I have a boy on team. I have found Tx dreams to be an amazing program. Professional coaches, safe, and a place for your child to flourish. I will say that expectations are strict (which we like). They meet all children where they are, help them from there. We came from another gym previously, and find that the if we were trying to give our child the best chance at advancing, it would be TX dreams. Gymnastics is expensive but the parent club bends over backwards with fundraising activities and opportunities for the kids to have fun together. Many of these kids at the higher levels sacrifice much of their High School fun to dedicate themselves to this sport. I love to see the friendships built here because only other gymnast understand. We are proud to be part of TXDreams.
