Rude! I would do 0 stars if I could. We signed up for a trial class online 3/28. On 4/4 Before we could walk up to the door, the older lady yelled from the door saying “we don’t have classes today!” I told her I signed up online for the trial. She rudely said “don’t you see the sign on the door?!” I was standing at my car how am i going to see the sign on the door from here?! I wanted to give this place a chance. Hell no for me.

I have three girls at Empire on the recreation and competitive sides. My oldest has been here since she was 4 and is now 10. The coaches are great and my girls love it!

My nearly 4 year old loves the class she is in. The coach is very engaging and so great with the kids. My little was pretty nervous to go to class without parents the first day and the coaches were so understanding and patient while encouraging her. Ever since that first week, she can't wait to go in when class starts! They do a lot of different activities during class and the kiddos are always full of smiles and they are getting so good at their new skills so quickly! EDIT: We got a new coach who seems a little less engaging for the kids. Our daughter fights going and makes excuses to leave the floor because she is bored in class.

We tried to do a morning class for my 3 year old son, the receptionist with long blonde hair was very welcoming and was super great and patient as my son was hesitant to go in with us staying on the outside watching, he took a few minutes and eventually wanted to go in and started walking in very slowly maybe not even 5 feet into the gym to go join the class but then a lady literally with a KAREN haircut which was the instructor for the group of kids yells in such an ugly tone “ HE NEEDS TO GET OUT HE CANNOT BE IN HERE ALONE “ you would think he was walking thru a mine field, keep in mind this is a damn THREE year old who was very shy and hesitant and once he built up the courage to walk in it was just blown up by that lady. So dang disrespectful towards my son to where even when another teacher came to walk him in I told her we are okay there was no need for that damn teacher to be giving a three year old an attitude like if he did something horrible. Again the lady who we saw when we walked in very super nice but that damn teacher needs to check herself and give attitude to an adult not to a defenseless toddler
