ASI Gymnastics runs day camp at its Lakewood gym in Dallas whenever school is out, combining gymnastics instruction with games and team-building and problem-solving activities. Two five-hour sessions run daily, 8am-1pm and 1pm-6pm, or families can book a Monday-Friday 8am-6pm weekly special; walk-ins are welcome and camp is non-refundable. Campers are ages 3-14 and must be potty trained; they are grouped by age and rotate through events with a coach. A snack is provided each session, and AM campers bring lunch.

You bring your own food and decor but they do all the work (hang/setup decorations, pass out food, etc). Our coaches, Darra and Balto were fantastic. They were able to stay in charge of 23 6 year old girls - no easy task! They kept them moving and giggling for an hour straight. I would 10/10 recommend for anyone around this age thinking of doing a party here.

This was a new set of coaches rather than the usual coaches that do birthdays and our kids' classes. Two were great despite being newer, but one didn't seem like a kid person. Venue was great and not crowded.
