I am disappointed with the organization and value of this swim school. The class is only 30 minutes, but classes are scheduled back-to-back with no transition time. The previous class ends exactly when the next one is supposed to start, so the next class often waits while the previous students are still getting out of the pool. When a lesson is only 30 minutes, losing even 2–3 minutes each time is significant. Over a month, those few minutes add up to about 8–12 minutes of paid class time not received, which is almost the same amount of individual active instruction a student gets in one group lesson. For the price (about $45/ 30 min class), I expected better scheduling, better communication, and for the full class time to be respected. UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO THE SCHOOL'S REPLY: Thank you for the response, but you completely missed the point. You are very quick to count your money and correct my math from $45 to $37, but you fail to count the minutes stolen from the students. The exact dollar amount is irrelevant. Whether I pay $37 or $42, I am paying for a full 30-minute lesson. When your back-to-back scheduling forces my child to wait on the deck while the previous class exits, you are actively cutting into paid instructional time. Instead of addressing this structural scheduling flaw, you chose to publicly downplay the issue and blame young children for 'taking longer to exit.' To make matters worse, right after this dispute, my parent portal account was conveniently locked out, and your system stopped sending password reset emails. Shifting blame onto kids and disabling client accounts is an incredibly unprofessional way to handle honest feedback about your organization.

If you're searching for a swim school for your toddler (and bigger kids) near or in Orange County, CA, this is your place. I honestly wondered if the class our 3.5 year old grandson was in was a good match for his energy and attention level. When I addressed this concern with management, they responded immediately, offering a solution that moved our little one into full water baby status. He loves his classes and he's making great progress. Bravo to Natadores and their team of caring, resourceful coaches and leadership. I would HIGHLY recommend this school for your non-swimmer or swimmers who want to improve and maybe grow into swimming champions (this school has yielded dozens of Olymipic medalists). Great job Natadores team!

For your kid, be ready to pay thousands of dollars annually, then volunteer for twenty something hours on top of that (if not be ready for another thousands), then they are asking kids to help to pull the cover of the pool after exercise!! Really!? Get a private coach and it works much better than this waste of time and money.
