★Charlie HanI have been a member here for a long time . I am writing to express my sincere concerns regarding the shared sauna facility located next to the swimming pool. Which there are signs posted with sauna rules and a dress code, they are often ignored. I frequently see people entering the sauna wearing shoes,socks,hoodies and even jeans. This is not only violation of the clearly stated dress code but also highly unhygienic and uncomfortable for other users. As someone who enjoys sauna, I often find myself unable to enter entering when I see people dressed inappropriately. I have brought this to staffs several times,but unfortunately, this situation hasn't changed. I kindly request more active monitoring or clear signage to ensure all members follow the hygiene standards. I truly value this community and hope to see these improvements soon. Thank you for all your hard work.
★★★★Ashley CWould probably give 4.5 stars if that was an option. Biggest issue is cleanliness - the locker rooms are often dirty/wet. Especially for the price I would expect a higher level of attention to the dressing areas and bathrooms. Otherwise we have loved coming to the Y for several years now. Our daughter enjoys the many programs they have for small kids and we appreciate the facilities, including the track and pool.
★Richard HungPaying rising membership fees just so i cant bring my wife to workout with me. they have eliminated the guest passes for anyone you want to bring with you. YMCA has gone downhill bigtime. Im considering LA fitness for cheaper and better service. We got "lucky" because a promotion was active when we went in to workout, we were so thankful to not have to pay the 20$ it would have cost her and we only spent 26.5 minutes at the membership desk so they could sign her up for a FREE 1 TIME USE GUEST PASS! I mean WOW how lucky of us!!
★★Paula LaPineI've been a member for a couple years now and the price keeps going up but their cleaning keeps getting worse. Locker rooms are not cleaned on a regular basis and drains are regularly clogged.
