Tennis day camp at the Marcus Lewis Tennis Center in Acton, running weekly from June 22 through August 28 with full-day (9:00am-5:00pm) and morning (9:00am-1:00pm) options. Three tracks cover different players: Ultimate Tennis Camp for ages 5-11 of varying skill levels, built around fun; Junior Training Camp for ages 11-17 who want stroke refinement and match play to build a competitive game; and High Performance Camp for ages 11-17, offered full or half day. Campers bring their own snacks and lunch - a light lunch for the morning session, a full lunch for the full day.

The coaches are hit or miss, some are wonderful but some are not qualified at all (and these are typically assigned to adult classes). Very bad communication with customers and they don’t answer to complaints. Management only cares about making money and doesn’t really respect its customers anymore. It is unfortunate because the locations are great.

I never write reviews, but I feel compelled to do so because I have been so pleased with this place. Their many instructors have taught me so much and have been very nice and patient. They have great classes and wonderful programs such as hit with a pro which have really helped me improve my playing. Their administrative staff is also phenomenal. They are very kind and extremely helpful and prompt if you have any questions. I highly recommend this place.

They have an online booking system, which makes booking a court so much easier than sitting on the phone with someone trying to figure it out. It’s also extremely clean & not smelly at all! Makes it a nice place to hang out after or before playing. They also have a listing of all their clinics online, and you can look at the offerings & sign up that way (believe it or not, I couldn’t do that at any other tennis club I’ve been a member of for most of the last 10 years). Lastly, I can view all my charges and credits online too!
