We referred our cousin to the school, and she took bunch of lessons with them but when I asked for the free referral lesson for my daughter mentioned on their website they didn’t schedule it, but they said they did. When we came to get our last referral lesson, my daughter wasn’t on schedule that day. And when I emailed them regarding this situation they said that “fortunately we don't have a lot of students requesting extra lessons on different days with different teachers because it does get very confusing.” It’s just really frustrating! But overall experience is very good. I would still recommend this school.
