Kids' summer art camps at Make Creative Studio, a Richmond art studio on Grove Avenue inside St. Giles Church. Themed weeks include studying master artists such as Van Gogh, Picasso and Jasper Johns and making work in their styles; a sculpture camp with giant cardboard structures and papier-mache; a pottery and collage camp with clay hand-building; and a nature-focused camp making art from natural materials. The studio also runs classes, workshops and healing-art programs and supports underserved communities in Greater Richmond.
