No wonder this place is so highly-rated and consistently voted among the (if not THE) best arts studios in the Richmond area. The facility and instructors are fantastic! Highly recommended!

My daughter loves going here and the art she makes is incredible! She loves everyone who works there and Miss Meg who runs the studio is so kind and friendly!

My children have done a variety of art camps with arthaus and hands down it is the best art experience for children in Richmond. They provide creative ideas for your children and then let your children create their own masterpieces....and it is all your child’s own work.

I am almost 59 years old, and have not picked up a paintbrush since elementary school! I have wanted to take a watercolor class all my life and finally took the plunge. I am taking Arthaus' painting classes on Wednesday evenings and absolutely LOVING it. I have learned so much from my instructor, Donna Campbell Allen. I have learned about composition, value, hue, technique and isolating colors to have a realistic looking painting. I've already paid for a 2nd session, and am planning to take at least 4 more! If you've had a yen to paint in any medium, watercolor, acrylic or oil TAKE THIS CLASS, you will be GLAD you did!

I love this studio! The offerings are continually expanding. They have both daytime and evening hours. The teacher is wonderful and I do not even have to drive into the city. I plan to continue taking classes here indefinitely!
