Poor communication from all of the coaches; no weekly emails, only an app is used. They also put players on secondary teams, after offer has been accepted, and then the secondary teams don't get as many games as the primary teams do (maybe one game per month), but we all pay the same fee.

I want to be honest and my experience with this club was not a good one. Fall 2024 we enrolled my son to play for ltsc and we were very excited. When we my son started practice and games I started to notice the inexperience of the coach and I hoped that this was going to change with time but it didn’t. I decided to drop my son from the club and this is when I started to get upset. Only one person had the attention to dialog with me. A couple of times I emailed administration and they just pass the message to the one person that was reaching out to me that I think was not his responsibility but thats how it happened. I was waiting for the coaching for my kid to change even it was flagged before by other parents. Very little to no fundamentals were instructed. I am lucky I grew up playing this sport and I was able to teach my kid drills and rules. I see now that everything starts from the top starting with the head guy there.

Parents be aware this club is not whatever is described to be!. Make sure you do meet the actual coach that is going to be teaching your kid and not just to talk to him or her, but see how they are coaching. I am sure you do not want to be paying $1500 for kid coach that is learning how to be a coaching on your children. Coach Diego is a typical example for this. He is rejecting to support players during tournaments even if they ask him. He is never going over the games after they finish to try to help these kids to get better. When coaching he is coming with sheet of paper that someone wrote him so eventually, he can do something during training. Schedules on the club are really messy. For one day they can change 3 times training spots, some days there are no trainings due to luck of organization because weather is inappropriate for outdoor training. You are not allowed to be talking with coaches even if you are asking them to do so and coach personally allowed it. Then he turned and write you this was not appropriate, and this is after you asked him to be talking and he said "YES" to you. According to the team management kids must to be learning on it's own and this is the club practice. There is no control over coaches until someone that has child really push for certain coach to be observed.

When I signed out daughter up at age 7 for travel soccer, I thought we were nuts for doing it! Five years later, it was one of the best decisions we ever made. LTSC has taught her so much more than just about the game of soccer...it has taught her to work hard, has enabled her to be a great team player, create wonderful friendships, and allows her a space where she is comfortable and feels confident. I love how all the coaches know the kids and are willing to work with them regardless if they are on their team. Our daughter loves soccer and we are so grateful this club can continue fostering this passion. Soccer is truly her happy place! Thanks LTSC!

LTSC provides the organized training and the outdoor/indoor season training we were looking for beyond the local recreational soccer options. This club has given my kids the opportunity to compete at a higher level, but at the same time I love that the coaches have been supportive of our young children being multi-sport/extracurricular activity athletes. The LTSC coaches know they have a responsibility to teach these players lessons that carry outside the soccer field, and I have been happy having my children grow up in that system.
