Camp Lowcountry Day is the summer and school-break camp attached to Lowcountry Day Preschool in Bluffton, a faith-based preschool that also runs after-school care. Camp is in session over summer vacation and on holidays and school break days, serving preschool and school-age children. The preschool's two Bluffton locations were acquired by Cross Schools, a private school serving six weeks through 12th grade, in 2025, and camp locations and pickup times shifted after the change.

The directors and teachers at this daycare are great. They truly care about the children and are always available to answer any questions we may have. I also like that they offer so many extracurricular activities for the kids, i.e., soccer, dance, basketball, and karate. :)

There are some amazing teachers here. Not many choices for preschools in the area but We pulled our son out because the class sizes were too large (IOO) as he was getting to preschool age and loud for the classroom setup. Feel like there was a disconnect between staff and the owners.

I recommend you find somehwere else to take your children. These people are money hungry and inconsiderate. I paid $280 per week for my daughter and son. During hurricane florence, they were only open for two days during the week, closed for three days and they “credited “ us $65 for the days they were closed. You do the math it’s pretty obvious. There were several days when my daughter told me that the only thing they gave her to eat all days was apple sauce and crackers, and my son told me the same thing. I walked in to pick up my kids one day and one of the staff memebers was belittling and yelling at a two year old girl who was crying. Nothing but problems from this daycare. It also costed us almost $700 just to get the kids into the school.

We Love CLCD ! My Son has been going here for two years now. Their Pre-K Program is awesome. Kevin was so ready for kindergarten and has been doing good at school, Thanks to the teachers here. We now attend their after school program and he loves it. They get snacks and help with his homework and when school is out he is able to come all day. I would definitely recommend this preschool to anyone looking for child care or a after school program.

Low country day camp is horrible. My 7 year old had an horrible experience. The summer program started yesterday she went. She said the teacher yelled at the students the entire time. That one little girl was crying for her mom and the teacher told her to shut up and sit down.! Just because my daughter didn't like the beans they served for lunch they only fed her bread and fruit 😑 Which really ticked me off.! The water slide they were suppose to have they didn't even do it because it wasn't all put together. I feel as though low country day does not really care about the children they are really so much more based on getting a check.!
