⭐☆☆☆☆ (0 Stars if I Could) I do not recommend this childcare facility. While the current Childcare Director, Caitlin, has been kind, professional, and appears genuinely caring, the issues I have experienced extend beyond her and began under the previous director, Destine Relaford. Unfortunately, many of those concerns remain unresolved. The Regional Director, Kimberly Richardson is unresponsive and extremely unprofessional. These are not childcare professionals because they are missing the care part. Over the past several weeks, families have been forced to deal with classroom closures, shortened operating hours, and last-minute schedule changes due to staffing shortages. As a working parent, these disruptions have caused me to miss time and days of work. Last week I missed a day and two additional days this week because I was unable to secure childcare on short notice and at times immediate notice. What is most concerning is that despite the facility being unable to provide the childcare services that parents are paying for, management has taken the position that no tuition credit or adjustment is warranted. Their explanation is that tuition remains the same regardless of attendance. However, my concern is not about a child voluntarily missing a day—my concern is about the facility being unable to provide care while still expecting parents to pay full tuition. The reality is that these closures and schedule changes place parents in a difficult position. Many families rely on childcare in order to maintain employment. Had I known that classroom closures and reduced hours due to staffing shortages could occur without any accommodation for affected families, it would have impacted my decision to enroll my child at this center. Communication has also been a challenge. Multiple emails and inquiries went unanswered for extended periods, requiring repeated follow-ups and escalation attempts before receiving responses. I understand that staffing shortages can happen, and I appreciate the teachers who work hard every day. However, families deserve reliable childcare, transparent communication, and accountability when services cannot be provided as promised. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this facility to other parents seeking dependable childcare. If you need childcare my recommendation is keep looking...

We absolutely love this daycare! Not only is it conveniently located, but we also feel completely confident that our child is happy, safe, and well cared for every single day. The teachers are amazing! Ms. Tru and Ms. Gabby are incredibly attentive and supportive, guiding our son every step of the way. We really appreciate the regular updates, photos, and messages through the Procare app. Drop-offs are always smooth thanks to Ms. Tru / Mrs. Jennifer in the mornings. Every teacher, even after transitioning to a new class, has been kind, and welcoming. Archer especially loves Ms. Caitlin - she’s sweet, patient, and truly makes him feel special. We also want to thank Ms. Melissa for preparing delicious meals that our son enjoys every day. Ms. Destine, the Director, truly stands out. She is approachable, warm, and always present, creating a positive and supportive environment for both children and parents. Another big plus is that this daycare doesn’t have the long or frequent holiday closures that many others in the area do, which makes scheduling so much easier for working parents. Highly recommend!

As a first-time mom, I was really nervous about daycare and trusting others with my baby—but this preschool completely proved me wrong. They take amazing care of our babygirl. The staff is so welcoming, communicative, and they host great family events. I also love the STEAM curriculum—my daughter is learning so much and it shows! Drop-offs used to be tough, but they were so patient and loving through it all. Now she happily walks in, blows me kisses, and runs to “her bestie” Ms. Kiera, then hugs & waves goodbye to Ms. Shay at pickup. Ms. Destine and Ms. Caitlin are like our very own “Ms. Honey,” and Ms. Melissa keeps our babygirl well fed with healthy, delicious meals! So far, I honestly don’t have any complaints. We love it here and would recommend them to all of our loved ones in the area!

I cannot say enough positive things about Foundations in Savannah. My child was one of the first kids to join the center when it opened and it has been a joy and peace of mind. From the beginning, Ms. Destine has shown great leadership and devotion in creating an environment for children to flourish. Ms. Jennifer and (then teacher assistant Ms. Gabby) are phenomenal! My daughter has thrived under their supervision and care. They are intentional about their lesson plans (includes sign language and bilingual learning opportunities) and provides great classroom structure. Recently, my child has moved to Ms. Miya and Ms. Abby class and the excellence continues! They communicate well in person and via the app and seems to genuinely enjoy sharing their passion for nature, science, and art with the kids. I highly recommend!

I just wanted to thank Michelle and supporting staff on their awesome customer service and high standards of care for the children in their care. I travel here 3 times a year to visit my grandchildren and my youngest granddaughter attendees school here and I am extremely happy and please with the love and care from all of the staff towards me and my granddaughter. Trust me when I tell you that not alot of preschool's are like this. The level of high standards that they have is a directly related to the high level of leadership they have running this preschool. I just wanted to thank Michelle and her staff for being amazing staff. Thank you for everything you do on a daily basis.
