This is the worst gym I have ever been to. The equipment is constantly breaking down, and many machines go unrepaired for weeks. The place is dirty, the locker rooms smell bad, and cleaning is done very infrequently. The staff is rude and completely uninterested in helping customers. Given the cost of the membership, the quality of service is simply terrible. I wouldn't recommend this gym to anyone. I am very disappointed.

I have had nothing but a terrible experience with the Y in Lockport. They refuse to refund money, even when requested to cancel a membership, and they continue to charge month after month. Super disappointed. Not community friendly.

This is a good and a bad thing! This gym is way too small for the amount of people they service… no matter the time of day I arrive it’s overly crowded. A little overpriced as well—in my opinion. I like the variety of activities they provide. I only use this gym for the workout classes, otherwise I go somewhere else for cardio and strength training.

Excellent facility, clean , well maintained. We had an incident yesterday, where a very unruly member brought a small child into the weightlifting area and gave Dominic one of the workers. that a very hard time when he told him the child cannot be in this area Which is a very dangerous place for a small child. My apologies to Dominic the way this member spoke to him carried on like a complete idiot, you did your job well!

Ahhh what a fun Day!! Capturing many groups pre race…the Buffalo Niagara’s YMCA Turkey Trot of 2021, was back on Schedule as one of the most attended Road runners Race in WNY thus far!! The most funniest and dysfunctional moments of family and friends pre-thanksgiving 8K races ever!
