My boys and I quickly became frustrated and outgrew the program. Then we moved to AYSO which offered better training and competition, but still not enough. We then tried another club and while the competition level was finally what we were looking for, the training, commadore and facilities were not adequate. Then we discovered LASC and our soccer lives changed. The offer professional training with caring and development-focused coaches. The home field facility may have limited parking, but the offers a clean, safe area for kids to enjoy the sport. Tournaments are a blast and almost feels like a huge family reunion each time. Within just a year I feel like our family has become a member of their family. This club isn't making just soccer experiences for the kids and families involved, they are making good humans for us all.

Jamie has been incredibly helpful and patient with us as we navigate trying out a new sport. We showed up to our first practice and the staff were already there, set up, and ready to lead the kids in a great time. I’ve been on the coaching side of things and I know that there is a ton of planning and preparation that goes into making sure things go seamlessly, especially on the first day. The staff had everything organized and laid out so that all the kids were able to get checked in and get the correct shirt size. Within minutes they had the kids organized, listening, following directions, and having an amazing time. I honestly have no idea how they managed to make this all happen so quickly and look so easy. The coaches were beyond amazing with the kids. They made our daughter feel like a welcomed member of the club. The staff keep things uplifting and positive while encouraging the kids to have fun while learning a new sport. Within even just one hour our daughter was building her confidence and developed a love of the sport. At the end of the practice she didn’t want to leave and was chanting LASC Lets Go! the whole way home. We truly could have not asked for a better experience. We are so happy to have found the Lindenhurst Area Soccer Club and can’t wait to see our daughter grow. Kudos to the coaches and LASC staff who work relentlessly to make this happen.
