★LocalGrifterThe liner in the hot tub is falling apart and I got two splinters in it a month apart. I told the lifeguard the first time, I was able to get it out but they didn't close the tub to inspect it. Second time I couldn't get it out. Had to be wheeled out and the guards destroyed my foot, ungloved, on the middle of the hallway btw the locker rooms when I sat humiliated in a huge wheelchair. I had to go to urgent care the next day. I had to go to physical therapy from trying to limp and injuring myself further. Health department had me file a police report. Manager at the gym said that the pool does need relined and they are doing that soon but the hottub is still not closed. Now the gym won't pay me back for lost wages (self employed, can't "prove" enough without an official paystub) and the $400 urgent care bill is on my credit card. They also want me to sign an an NDA and release them of all responsibility. I'm calling a lawyer tomorrow but I want to put it on blast so people know not to come here. Might post a screenshot of their stupid NDA on here too
★★★★★jdub loveI live in Michigan and was in Ohio for a weekend. I've been a member of Lifetime for literally 20 years and this location is very nice. They have a dedicated area where you can do work on your laptop, glass shower doors, outdoor hot tub and very large outdoor pool area with plenty of seating and plenty of shade. I don't know if this is an every weekend thing but they had some sort of kids party outside with the dj. It's just so much nicer than any of ours at home. I would have no hesitation paying the membership fee if I lived nearby there.
★Kristine ScarpatettiI have politely raised this concern on several occasions regarding the use of appropriate attire in the sauna; however, no assistance has been provided and no action has been taken. Each time, staff have indicated that they would address the issue, but no follow-up occurred. I would appreciate prompt attention to ensure this matter is properly managed moving forward. Also the staff can be rude, knowing that this is a gym that requires high payments they make their own standards- almost feel like, that they own a place.

Special shout-out to Alex, who has been here as long as I have — her consistency is a big part of what makes this location feel like home.
