Elevé Studio of Dance is a non-competitive dance studio in Mount Carmel serving Wabash County, running themed summer dance camps alongside year-round classes for ages three through adult. Camps include Princess Dance Camp for ages 3-5, Ballet Princess Camp for ages 6-8 built around ballet stories such as Sleeping Beauty and Swan Lake, and a Jazz K-Pop Camp for ages 6-11 in which campers learn three routines; each mixes dance with themed crafts, games and snacks and ends each day with a mini performance families are invited to watch. Five-week summer sampler classes in ballet/tap and lyrical/jazz combos are also offered for beginners. The studio lends or gives donated dance shoes in a range of sizes, so no purchase is needed to attend.
