Powered by GoogleI would give this place 0 stars if I could. I am going to make it brief, so you know what to expect from this place. First of all, referees are horrible. They make poor decisions that can really affect your team. I have many complains about them and nothing has changed. Second, management does not care about it. This is even worse than what you think. I registered my team to play from December to February and they scheduled 1 game for December and back to back games in January. I reached out to corporate to complain and even spoke to the manager and they said that they will not change any games. On our first game, one team happend to deopped and they did not even reschedule nor offer another game. Thats only the tip of the iceberg. They even start counting the time, before the playwr get into the field. One of my games last year was at 11:45 and when we were ready to start on time, the clock was already 3 minutes into the game. PLEASE listen, dont waste your time and money on this place, find another indoor for your kids to play. Avoid the headache of dealing with these incompetents.
I've been playing indoor soccer for a couple of years now, and I have to say, this place offers a truly incredible experience. The facilities are pretty good, the hospitality is exceptional. The league play is run with amazing efficiency. This is a 10/10, 5-star experience all around.
Facilities are great and always have games going on! Turf is quality and the indoor fields are well maintained. However, staff has “lost” items from their lost and found shortly after I’ve called and confirmed their possession of them more than once. Not sure where my clothes or ball ended up going. The quality of referees is very hit or miss for games, and they have had several instances of the scoreboard breaking and not having one for a game.
We’ve been playing at this field consistently since 2010. Organizing 16 players—many of whom travel from as far as The Woodlands—for an 11:00 PM match is no small task. Despite having a reservation, not only was it not honored, but the staff also failed to follow their own posted schedule. This level of disregard is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of respect for loyal, paying customers who have supported this facility for over a decade. We expect someone in management to take this matter seriously and reach out to us directly to address it.If you’re not prepared to provide the service you advertise, you shouldn’t be in the business. Respect works both ways. Let me know if you’d like it toned up or down further.
Nice facilities, respectful opponents, with a long reputable history . . . . . until recently. While most staff and officials do a great job, there are occasions very young and immature staff end up running everything at night. They have no respect for adults and do not value customers. They've no real sense of business and end up causing problems for the facility. Take your chances but if you have to travel any considerable distance, there's plenty of options better than what Let's Play at Stafford currently offers.
