Powered by GoogleCelebrated my son’s 13th birthday with about 20 of his closest friends. They all loved the place and had a great time! Mohamed was very attentive, would definitely come again.
UPDATE: if you are going to enforce the uniform make sure it is to all kids and not just one. If not everyone is wearing the uniform why was my son the only one not allowed to practice? We did not disrespect anyone at the front desk we asked to cancel our membership and if we could get a refund, she wasn’t able to help us so we emailed you where you responded that you were not going to give us a refund just because you don’t want to. that sounds very greedy of you. My son got kicked out of practice for now wearing his uniform meanwhile other kids were also not wearing the uniform. Once we decided to discontinue our membership the manager “sako” or Plerre Alba said we will not receive a refund due to him not wanting to give us refund. If we don’t get to practice the rest of the month then I deserve to receive the money back for the services i’m not getting. We also paid our membership in December for which we didn’t do anything half a month. Practicing with 12 kids and 1 coach meanwhile the kids are not listening was not fun and we kept asking for assistance for the team and never received it. At one game my husband even had to step in as coach because the coach never showed up. The management here is awful they never listen to any concerns or questions that the parents have.
We celebrated our sons birthday here and the staff was amazing. Thanks to Mohammed and Carlos for hosting us! We had never visited here but were impressed with their attention to our needs, friendliness, and coaching of the kids games. The facility is conveniently laid out for parents to sit and keep an eye out on kids while they play. Definitely recommend for kids party!
We’ve had issues with this field and its staff before. There’s no customer care or proper communication, constant confusion about payments and no compensation for lost time when games start late for reasons beyond our control. They even turn off the lights without notice. We’re paying for a service, not asking for a favor. The fields are in poor condition, holes everywhere, unsafe, and poorly maintained. When we asked for help retrieving a ball stuck in their facility, we were ignored. No temperature control during cold weather either. unacceptable. Staffing needs to improve their social skills.
We applied for a free class experience and visited. Although the age of the class with my child was not right, the coach was so kind and taught the children passionately. I wanted to register, but I couldn't. The class we wanted was Friday, but it was full and there were no weekend classes at our child's age. The schedule differs according to the age group. It was so nice that it was not affected by the weather because it was indoor soccer. I recommend it if you are interested in soccer.
