Last 1 Best 1 Elite is a basketball training gym and AAU program based at 4401 Bryant and Stratton Way in Williamsville. Its summer camp offering, Camp Q 2026, runs two week-long sessions in late July: one for boys in grades 7-12 and girls in grades 11-12 at St. Mary's High School, and a co-ed session for grades 3-6 plus girls in grades 7-10 at the Last 1 Best 1 facility. The organisation also runs two-hour boot-camp sessions at Gloria J. Parks Community Center that are restricted to City of Buffalo residents, along with AAU teams and a Next Generation League.
