★★★★★MJDJWe go to Lakeshore Playground often. I have a 6 yr old daughter who has a lot of energy. I bring her to the playground and she can play on the jungle gym equipment, run up & down the bleachers, and run through the fields. She loves going into the basketball gym too! Jefferson Parish Parks & Recreation run the playgrounds in Jefferson Parish, and if you go to their website you can find a list of all of the sports and programs offered at the different playgrounds, and of the info related to sign up for them.

The playground is completely gated in from the parking lot, so minimal risk of kids running into a parking lot. There are also 2/2 basketball courts, and plenty of technique benches, as well as an outdoor exercise station. We really like this park for our 2 year old!
