Sports U in Slidell is a baseball and softball training facility that runs a summer Baseball and Softball Camp for ages 6–12, 9:00am–3:00pm, covering hitting, fielding, base running, throwing and games. The facility also offers year-round personal coaching and cage rentals.

Rock parking lot had a few dips and puddles, but it beats playing on soggy fields after a rainy day at Kingspoint and Spartan fields.
