Unfortunately, our experience with this basketball training camp was deeply disappointing. While the coaching itself had some value, the overall management and communication were severely lacking. There appears to be no central office or reliable point of contact. Repeated calls went unreturned, and after submitting a cancellation request, I was surprised to find that my credit card continued to be charged for months—still without any response from the organization. Attempts to reach them through their website also failed due to a persistent security certificate issue, which raises additional concerns about how they manage client information. Even more troubling, during the summer, the facility's air conditioning was out for an extended period of time. Rather than cancel or reschedule, they continued to run practices in an excessively hot environment, which I found completely unacceptable given the risks. Overall, this was an incredibly frustrating and concerning experience. I would strongly caution other parents to seek out programs with more professional oversight, transparent communication, and basic respect for the safety of their participants.
