Amazing facility. The Karl Malone Training Center is perfect for tournaments—tons of space, great layout, and everything feels well run. The new floors look incredible and make the whole place feel top tier.

Exterior is littered and unkempt. Already insufficient parking lot has multiple stalls taken up by storage containers and construction material. Two of three women's restroom stalls are completely missing the latches and the smell in there is unbelievable. Dirty restrooms and lobby. One of the two men's urinals is out of order and the other is running water. I regularly visit developing countries and these bathrooms are worse than many of those. I cringe when we have to attend tournaments here 😂💩

Floors are rough, smells of floor glaze, really loud, nets aren't particularly tight for volleyball, parking is challenging, bathrooms are beat, but hey, not all that bad. I wish we had a facility like that.

This place should not be hosting volleyball tournaments. The equipment is low quality and not in good shape. The volleyball lines are light and difficult to see. There’s not enough room to serve, and the one line was super close to the wall. The water fountain is broken. The venue itself is dirty and rundown. The restrooms are filthy and only one functional urinal in the men’s restroom. My wife said the women’s restroom smelled like vomit both days. There were no paper towels and the toilet paper was just sitting on top of the dispensers. There was a container catching a roof leak, and one of the window cages was hanging by a single bolt and looked dangerous. I see responses from the owner from a year ago saying things were going to be fixed or updated and that clearly hasn’t happened.

The outside is nice. Inside it definitely needs some upkeep! The place looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a year and the bathrooms were all out of toilet paper or out of order, and the trash cans were overflowing. I love that they have a big wood gym floor for games, but it’s sad how run down it’s getting.
