La Prima School of Dance in Gretna teaches ages 3-20 in pre-ballet, pre-tap, ballet, tap, jazz, hip-hop, lyrical, contemporary, pointe and a skills and technique class, and is home to the competitive La Prima Dance Troupe. Its regular classes run August through May, and the studio says its summers are filled with dance camps, special skills classes and one-on-one lessons, though camp dates, ages and hours are not published on the site.
