I love that my grand loves going. She looks forward to it every week. As a 30 year veteran educator, I appreciate how "present" these coaches are with the kids. Eye to eye and genuinely happy to see the kids. They even remember their names and say hello before class even starts. That's very cool in my book.

KidStrong in Meridian has been fantastic for our daughter Abby. She absolutely loves going every week. The coaches make the activities fun and engaging, and Abby especially loves the strength-based exercises. We’ve seen a real difference in her strength, coordination, and confidence since she started. It’s been great to watch her challenge herself and feel proud of what she can do. If you’re looking for a program that helps kids build both physical strength and confidence in a positive environment, KidStrong is a great option. Highly recommend the Meridian location and their team.

I was a bit hesitant to try the free trial class but the Coaches and everyone I talked to went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and had a good experience. My 9 yr old has autism as well as selective mutism. She has social and generalized anxiety and shuts down around any group of people especially other kids. KidStrong Coaches were amazing. The way they talked to us and handled every situation from the moment we walked thru the door was phenomenal. Our sweet 9 year old opened up and fully participated. She even smiled when she got her picture taken up on the podium. That is unheard of! I can’t believe the amount of courage it took and the coaches made it seem effortless. She hasn’t stopped talking about it all weekend. Thank you to Paul, Ryan and all of their team at KidStrong in Meridian. These essential skills you are teaching our kids are so important for their emotional, physical and mental development.

I love the coaches and the manager has been really helpful. We started because my 12 month old needed to have something to do to get his energy out on a Saturday and, even though he’s in daycare, he struggles with listening. I called and asked if he could join because the class is walking to 2 years and he started walking at 8.5 months. They said yes as long as he’s walking, but he really struggled his first week or two because everything was so exciting and he just wanted to explore. He’s gotten so much better since we started back in October/November and the last few weeks I’ve noticed him following directions better, which was a huge goal of mine. He barely fights when he has to sit and listen to directions and he’s starting to understand the expectations now that he’s been in class for 3-4 months. I plan to put him in sports as he gets older and being coachable is so important in organized sports and just life in general. I feel like KidStrong really helps create this environment. I love the focus on eye contact and encouragement to follow directions and the positive affirmations as well! Also the coaches are really amazing. My guy LOVES them! I highly recommend KidStrong, I just think you need to get past the few weeks of your toddler being a toddler when first starting something new and understand that none of the other parents are judging you cuz our kids have done/continue to do the same thing!
