There is no nice way to sugar coat this, but our business supported this company for years with donations. Our kids went here, and after Kevin left, this company absolutely went downhill in Meridian. They will do whatever it takes to support the staffing that isn't doing a good job, aka "Abe and his team". It's easier for them to "not deal with kids who have extra needs or specific health concerns", for which we've turned in doctor's paperwork supporting their needs. They pretend to be "supportive", but they just "kick out" kids who have ADHD or specific health concerns. Absolutely disgusting!! I am so disappointed I supported this organization and stood up for them all these years on social media when other parents did not support them and said negative things... They DO NOT help kids in the area! Be forewarned. Don't send your kids here! Abe and Robyn do not deserve to work here. Hopefully they will bring better staffing here some day and turn things around. Absolutely disappointing!!

It would really be helpful if there were current reviews of the Boys and Girls Club. Most of the reviews are over 5 years old. I'm pretty sure the staff would have all changed in that time, so a 5 year old review has no relevance to experiences of parents and kids now. Could the staff ask for reviews from current parents? (I put 3 stars because that is in middle and it will not let me post without stars.)

Took a tour through the facilities with the director Abe. They do a lot of great work and he was able to answer questions about the staff's training and the impact that they have. Would love to see local businesses partner with them either in fundraising or bringing talented art and athletic programs in.

Anna was so nice and helpful! She treats kids so well and she is the perfect fit for the job. Thank you for caring about our community ❤️❤️

Great activities for my kids after school. They get to socialize and I can work longer hours. The staff is great with the kid da and they get dinner and a snack after school. Only downfall is there is a lot of bullying going on but I'm not sure how since the staff are watching over the kids. Our bus normally gets there to late for my kids to part take in the dinner and I wish they would extend it by a half HR so they could eat when they get there too.
