We couldn’t be happier with our experience at KRK Legacy West! Our child started at 6 months old and stayed through age 5—it’s truly been a second home. Transitions between classes were always smooth, and the care, attention, and communication from the team were outstanding. The APK summer camp was a huge highlight—weekly field trips, fun activities, and so many happy memories! Special shout-out to Miss Gloria for greeting us every morning with a big smile and contagious positive energy. We’re so grateful for the love and support our family received over the years!

I was at home checking the live camera feed from my daughter’s daycare, where she was scheduled to nap. A daycare teacher was trying to force her to lie down for nap time. I observed the teacher grabbing my daughter by the back and head in a rough and aggressive manner. My daughter repeatedly tried to stand up, but the teacher forcefully held her down, pushing her toward the floor. Moments later, I saw the teacher grab my daughter by one arm, pull her up from the floor, and drag her to another part of the room. This behavior was physically aggressive, alarming, and completely inappropriate. My daughter was visibly upset and continued crying. I then went to the front office and informed the director and staff about the incident. Together with about four witnesses (including the front desk staff and another teacher), we reviewed the camera footage on their screen. Everyone in the room was visibly shocked by what they saw. The daycare staff apologized and told me they would speak with the teacher to “teach her how to properly handle children.” And also told me maybe she grew up like that!! Those excuses made it worse, I told them this response was unacceptable. I expressed serious concerns about how someone with such behavior could have been hired, and I made it clear this was not an isolated incident. Over the past week, I had already seen this same teacher being physically rough with children during playtime, although I initially gave her the benefit of the doubt. After seeing how she treated my daughter and another child on camera, I am now convinced this is a pattern of abusive behavior, not a one-time mistake. This kind of treatment is not safe for any child, and no parent should have to witness their child being handled this way in what is supposed to be a trusted, professional care environment.

The worst experience I’ve ever had. It’s vital to be honest and place reviews which I’m new to doing. I want to make anyone aware for the sake of their child or children. My daughter was in the 3 yr old class. After having a rough experience at a different preschool we were referred by a former classmate to KidsRids. After joining the other parents in the decision to have the kids transfer here I focused more of my daughter being comfortable and with a few familiar faces amongst other things that were important for my daughters growth. During the initial tour there were some red flags but nothing that couldn’t be addressed (mainly the appearance of certain areas within the classroom). The staff seemed welcoming and attentive to the kids, the communication seemed in order so I was ok with my daughter attending the school. After a few weeks some concerns were addressed I initially had so I was ok. Then a few weeks pass and changes started occurring with the staff, my daughters behavior and comfort started being concerning. While I wasn’t made aware by the directors and office staff of the changes within the teachers I was told by the actual teacher who left and assistance of the teacher. I mentioned this concern to the office staff but still didn’t get a considerate response. I remained patient. But an incident occurred that caused me to contact the police and file a police report due to child negligence! My daughter was playing in the rain with an unknown teacher watching her amongst other kids who was also in the rain playing (the teacher/teachers assistant was in her phone) not paying attention to the kids as they play on the playground in the rain. I had never met this teacher/assistant. During the pickup of my 3 yr old daughter; who was still being potty trained(delayed due to previous health concerns) had no under garments nor pull up as provided normally under her clothing… she was bare! After addressing it with the director (Sondra H.) whom seemingly only sits behind her desk in her office majority of the time basically never explained nor advised why my daughter was out in the rain playing along with not having underwear or anyone if under garments on. Incidents can occur but this was not acceptable. And no apology was provided. I’m still speechless. I still have no answers. My daughter is in great hands now. But both her and I were traumatized from this incident. I hope this helps anyone considering this school amongst any preschool. Please do your research, be honest and post reviews in any circumstance. Respectfully DB

Our son loves Kids 'R' Kids Legacy West! The teachers create a welcoming and stimulating environment. We’ve seen him grow both socially and academically since he started attending. We’re also impressed with the attention to safety and cleanliness, especially during flu season. The staff does a wonderful job communicating with parents, keeping us in the loop about our child’s daily activities.

We have had a fantastic experience with Kids 'R' Kids Learning Academy of Legacy West. The teachers are warm, welcoming, and genuinely invested in the well-being of the children. The curriculum is well-rounded and includes a strong emphasis on both academic learning and social development. Our daughter has flourished in this environment, becoming more confident and independent with each passing day. The facility is modern, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary resources to create a stimulating learning environment. We also appreciate the excellent communication from the staff, who keep us informed about our daughter's daily activities and progress. Although the cost is on the higher side, we feel the level of care and education justifies the investment.
