Terrible organization. They didnt get hats until after playing 3 games. They had to go sit out in the heat and take photos and now they are saying they are all corrupt so no pictures. Any partial refund? No, of course not.

This program has been very disappointing, especially for beginners. Each season, my kids only get one practice before games begin, and coaching often falls to random parents without much structure. Teams are not organized by school, so my kids frequently end up placed across town, which makes every practice a 20-minute drive. I’ve called time and time again requesting that my kids be placed with their designated schools, but those requests are repeatedly overlooked. Sometimes I don’t even hear from a coach at all—I have to call in just to find out if my kids have even been assigned to a team. The league also struggles with balance. Some teams have as few as 5–6 players, which means no breaks for those kids, while the opposing team may have 13+ players, leaving many on the bench. This creates an unfair and frustrating experience for the kids. On top of that, the cost went up by nearly $30 this year, per season, but the quality hasn’t improved. If your child is new to a sport, I would not recommend starting them here—it may ruin their experience to the point where they don’t want to play again. At this point, a club sport may be a better investment. I’m actively looking into other options for my kids.

I know kids inc is volunteer coaching, but they know how many schools there are and how many coaches are needed. Every year, every sport has been a struggle to find a coach for my son’s team. We have a cut off for registering them that should give plenty of time to find a coach. They need to realize there are more single family homes and/or both parents working more. They need a better system for coaches! We are 4 days from starting soccer and still have no coach! It’s frustrating when I work on weekends so I cannot sign up as a coach or a league due to not being able to travel. Building a big complex does not help if you have no volunteers to coach! I pay well in advance and get my son excited, only to have to let him down saying he might not get to play.

Don't waste your time or money signing your kid up to play. Its $75 and all they get is a tshirt not even a jersey. They don't put their name on the back of the shirt, no team pictures, no trophies. It makes me wonder where my $75 is even going because they offer NOTHING and the parents VOLUNTEER to coach so where does our money go?
