The Amarillo National Tennis Center, a City of Amarillo parks facility, runs weekly summer junior tennis camps for ages 5-17 of all skill levels, grouping players into beginner, intermediate, and advanced (with a Quick Start format for younger beginners). Full-day sessions run 9am-3pm ($225/week) and half-day 9am-12pm ($150/week), five days a week from early June through early August. Instructors are former college players or coaches; located at 5000 S. Bell St.

Beautiful facilities. Even has a bunch of pickle ball courts. We rented the ball machine and got in an excellent workout on one of the covered courts. If you want to play tennis, in Amarillo, in July, in 112 degrees... I strongly suggest the covered courts. Courts are $5 an hour per person. Ball machine is $15 an hour plus court fee.
