The gym is nice. Decent monthly fee for membership and everything that is included. Staff is subpar. At the front desk, in child care, and while cleaning/closing of the facility. Ive had much better experience with staff at Cornell location. This one none of them seem to have any customer service qualities. Their only urgency is to clean early and leave right at 10pm.

Great gym, loving the new area and glad they actually invest in new equipment. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the issue with the older lady that works the daycare. Always having some remark if you forget to bring the kids scan keys, remarks about not having them when you pick them up (like when it's 1pm time for pickup I'll have them watch TV and my keys will be left in my bag but handed her the sticker i received at drop off, also offered to walk back and grab them but still get a remark). Also, why do I need to sign them in on paper and badge them in then wait for the lady to print off the sticker. You're wasting time either write or scan I shouldn't need to do both and that sticker should be valid enough to pick up the child as well.

Nastiest locker room ever! One guy is cleaning his ears, leaving his Q-tips directly in front of my locker so I can't sit. Another old man is shaving in the steam room. Banging his razor on the edge of the seat to clean it! Seriously this is disgusting

I love this gym, The staff is wonderful. It is always clean, its an overall friendly atmosphere with great options for working out. Space is a tad tight but that is going to change! Shout out to Boston and Marilyn, they always greet us with their friendly smiles!

Love both locations but this one is my normal spot! Amazing staff. Always clean. Top of the line equipment. The Sauna is a great way to wrap up a workout. Highly recommended for any level of fitness!
