The Kennedy Youth Center is a City of Union City recreation facility for teens that runs the Rec-N-Crew summer day camp for ages 11 1/2 to 16. Campers do arts and crafts, outdoor sports, community-service projects and weekly field trips around the Bay Area. It is a municipal, open-enrollment day program based at 1333 Decoto Road.
