I always liked Kelli’s but recently had a terrible experience with Kelli’s in Destrehan .... they put my daughter in the class in Covington and then was put in Destrehan. My daughter was sick first two classes and my daughter said they had her in a 5 year old class. My daughter decided to just go back to Kenner dance ... I asked Kelli via email for a refund and she simply asked if my daughter would want to switch to a later class. I told her no I just want the refund if first and last month and the registration fee. I never heard back from Kelli for about a week. Finally Amanda emailed me and said she was only going to refund $50!!!! My daughter never attended 1 class!!!! I was upset and she said it was Bc she understoood about being out in the Covington class but she was able to make it to the 2 classes she missed when they put her in Destrehan. She said she was not refunding the $30 registration fee and only refunding for June... they are willing to just screw somebody over for $50!!!! They already made their money off the registration fee. Never once did I get one apology for them putting my daughter in the wrong classes. So dissapointed In these people!!!
