I’ve been going to this gym for over 10 yrs and I have to say “ I love this gym!” They have an array of ways to keep you fit. From the pools to pickle ball, tennis, exercise equipment, exercise classes etc. I myself love the classes . It’s the instructors & the staff’s friendliness that makes this place awesome! Let’s not forget Ms Carol’s smile when you walk in and Melanie who keeps the place spic and span . Doreen,Patty,Michelle,Judy,Ramona,Chad,Sara,Kelly & several other instructors inspire you to work as hard as you can while your there and always reminding you of good form to prevent injury. It’s like having a personal trainer!

Fussed at from mangenment when I literally sat next to no one by pool, and no explanation for why for what happened?!?! Meanwhile, my husband was robbed 50$. I Would bring my 80-year-old mother and pay extra for her to do aquatic aerobics and every single time I was there people were parked with no tag or illegal tags of handicap signs in the parking lot. Mothers dressed scandalous not even paying attention to their children that couldn't swim on top of that they would always cut the Adult Swim 5 minutes short or completely forget the Adult Swim all , therefore constantly being splashed and screaming all around disrupting the peace! Even during supposed Adult Swim. I have run many companies and I have never in my life been so disrespected by the upper management! I would not pay one penny to be a member here! I recommend North Oaks or Covington over this dump!

I don’t have a membership but I wanted to share the heart & spirit they have for their community .. I noticed at North Cypress Fitness they are very passionate about their community ! They hosted a Prom dress drive for upcoming prom students that may have a need for a dress . They had dresses left over & saw on Facebook the my organization Project Blessings All year round hosts an adult prom where we honor veterans, those going through transition , homelessness & re entry & we house them. The Adult Prom helps us continue to End Homelessness Together . It was such a blessing to pick up the dresses . Thank you for supporting your community ! I highly encourage you to check it out !

I called about a week ago to ask about membership prices and was told someone would get back to me by the end of the day. I even followed up and asked for an email if I wasn’t getting a return call, but I never heard back. I called again this week and spoke with Abby, and she was very sweet and patient while answering my million questions. I really appreciated that. I had a membership years ago and had a few sour interactions with staff back then. I left a bad review at the time, and they actually called my husband asking him to have me take it down, which rubbed me the wrong way. We ended up cancelling when we moved to an apartment with a gym, which made sense for us at the time. Now a few years later, we have a son and have moved again, and I’d really love to join for the splash pad, playground, and childcare. I understand prices go up (and that’s fine), but going from $60 a month for a single membership to $90 feels like a big jump. I also think it’s a little strange that the student discount is only offered to students at Southeastern and Northshore Tech. I’m currently attending Delgado and wasn’t able to receive a student discount, which was disappointing. After talking to Abby, I wrote everything down. But when my husband went in and spoke with Chris, he was given completely different information. I’m not sure who had the correct details, but there definitely seems to be a disconnect somewhere. It’s just frustrating because the pricing I thought we were quoted almost seemed too good to be true… and apparently it was.

The staff is courteous, professional and very helpful. There's 4 swimming pools, all of the state of art work-out equipment and I love the steam room and sauna. The atmosphere is great 👍.
