I’m a mother of a child on the young side of the age range. This is my daughter and I first experience with this childcare summer program. At first glance of the shrine I noticed that a majority of the time the children are held outside in a fenced in playground. It’s ok to be in this summer heat for maybe 1 hour but they are outside the ENTIRE day unless there is an heat advisory. I wouldn’t pay a place 155 dollars for one child, 6 dollars per lunch, 4 dollars per hour after 3 pm but that’s just me. My daughter’s experience at the summer camp has been rough. All ages of children are kept together in one location the entire day. The boys were playing rough and punched her in the chest to take a toy from her. They didn’t offer an accident report to keep documentation of present and future incidents with that same child. I wouldn’t recommend this particular summer camp to anyone unless they have an older child who can protect themselves. My daughter was harassed and injured multiple times and the staff had a very lax attitude towards the purposeful destruction of my daughter’s property. The director of this institution verbally told me all the incidents and assaults towards my child and claimed to suspend the child’s membership that was causing the grievance but I found out it was a lie and the child was still attending the camp. I hope they create a curriculum with structure to promote teamwork and friendship and I hope in the future they will try to have more professionalism towards parents.

I placed my kid there a couple years ago. My money was very poorly managed. When I logged into my account, I could see almost 100$ within my account. When the camp leader(?) signed in on their system there was 0$ in the account. Where is this mystery money?? I did not have money with me since I had plenty of funds in my account. I logged into my account on my phone and showed them my balance, they did not care, they told me that my child would not get lunch if I did not place even more money into my account. I phone several times, left messages, and responded to their e-mails. I NEVER got an explanation as to where my money went. Please avoid.
