Before practice started on our first day, Coach Frank had every player introduce themselves to both my 12 and 9 year old. We immediately felt welcomed by the staff and coaches. Coach Frank stress teamwork, practicing on your own and commitment to academics and the team. If one improves the team improves. We are informed of games and team family events. This sponsors a cohesive development for the team and their individual families. It takes a village to raise a child and many villages to make a nation. Each villager plays an important part. Positive feedback is always welcomed and if there should be any negative issues no matter how slight, it is also welcomed. It just has to delivered respectfully and hopefully with a viable solution. That is our experience with this AAU team!
