Sports camps offered by Severn School, an independent school at 201 Water Street in Severna Park, as part of an 11-camp summer slate that also includes Chesapeake Camps for preschool through grade 5. Sport-specific week-long camps include football for ages 6-14 (skills, drills and flag football, $250) and girls basketball for grades 1-9 running 9am-3pm Monday-Thursday and 9am-noon Friday at the Edward St. John Athletic Center; shorter clinics such as a two-day girls volleyball session for rising grades 5-8 are also offered. ★James SabinsPaid $45 for an hour free swim with my kids after 10 minutes lifeguards kicked us out saying I didn't pay or sign up and they can't verify because "too many people in the pool" a whole 5 people including my 2 kids and myself.
★Cornelius G.So I called the facility. Whoever the lady who answers the phone is RUDE!! So I called and she picked up. I wasn't able to hear because my phone was on Bluetooth - so I switched it. Ok fine. So I proceed to ask her about the swimming lessons. She told me everything is listed on the website. Ok that's fine but no real customer service. Then I had to make sure she had nothing to do with teaching the classes. She rudely said ," No" with a snarky attitude! I'm highly disappointed because that lady is the face of the business. She needs to go through customer service training IMMEDIATELY!!!! (edited)
