So my 1 year old daughter started gymnastics at the beginning of June and safe to say, yesterday was her last day because of the behaviors of the other student. I understand kids are kids, but at a certain point it should be repercussions for kids that are physically hitting other kids on purpose. The class already is parent included. My daughter got slapped by another student in the head because he wanted a toy my daughter was playing with. I asked about the policy for when other kids hit and they said “This is a harder age because the kids are under 3 and still learning but since it is a parent child class parents of their own child should be stepping in if their child is hitting. We do have a policy let me look it up. It’s been long time since we have had an issue with kid hitting another child.” I’m sorry but it isn’t hard, because my daughter is 1 and knows not to hit and the kid was about 2-3 years old. Of course nothing still has been done about the situation but a “I’m sorry”, so my husband and I decided to pull her out. I asked for a refund, but even if we don’t get one we don’t even care. It’s very unorganized as far as paying $83 for them to basically play for most of the time and do a 20ish minutes of a gymnastic rotation. The instructors barely interact with the kids and aren’t enthusiastic at all. Look like they don’t even wanna be there most of the time. We thought it was going to be more structured and more centered around learning different skills for gymnastics. I understand they are kids, but I feel like for 1-3 there should be age groups put in place because a 1 year old does not know how to do a somersault like maybe a 3 year old might know how to do. Just not worth $83 a month at all in my opinion. Also after talking with them they are basically saying hitting is going to happen in the class since they are “still learning boundaries” and the coach didn’t do anything because we seemed calm and it seemed handled. Well yeah because if I was to have a reaction the police would have probably been called. So there is NO actual policy for hitting in place. If you want to make sure your kid is not being hit by other people’s kids 24/7 don’t enroll your child here. My issue wasn’t resolved, they tried to GASLIGHT the situation. I do not recommend this place at all. I would give ZERO stars if I could.

We had our son's birthday party at Jump-A-Rama and they made it so easy. They had a mix of free play and activities for the kids for a couple of hours, which was the perfect amount of time. They also took care of the pizza order, tablecloths, plates, etc., so all we had to do was show up! We would definitely recommend them for a party!

My daughter has joined the Advanced Gymnastics class and the coaches are amazing! Very attentive to each child, very clean environment and very friendly. A great place for your child to make new friends, learn new skills and burn off energy.

Jump-A-Rama has been a wonderful experience for my 3.5 year old son. He has so much fun each week, and his confidence is growing with every session! Coach Angela is kind, welcoming, and very attentive. She was extremely receptive to learning he has a medical disability and makes sure to accommodate his special needs. I am definitely signing him up for a next round of classes.

My daughter started gymnastics at Jump-A-Rama this past December. All of the instructors have been great! They are knowledgeable, nice, and give the kids a lot of personal attention. My daughter has had a ton of fun and has been developing her skills at a good pace. It’s also been flexible, which has been helpful for us since we have four kids.
