★Gen ShiIf I could give this place zero stars, I would. The night staff was incredibly unprofessional and quick to show attitude toward paying customers. I was simply trying to locate an extra ball to juggle with, as no staff members were present to assist. While looking around the facility, I was confronted and aggressively questioned about why I was in the workout area. I calmly explained that I was only searching for an extra ball, but instead of resolving the situation respectfully, the staff member became increasingly hostile. He raised his voice, stepped into my personal space, and ultimately yelled in my face before telling me to leave the facility. At one point, he was so close that he even spit while yelling. I have never experienced this level of disrespect at a soccer facility. Paying customers deserve professionalism and basic courtesy. This interaction was completely unacceptable.
★★★★★kim militellowe love juke! we've taken classes there and just hosted a birthday party today. we paid the extra to have a coach help run the drills/games and coach pedro was amazing. we had kids of all different skill levels and ages but he included them all and made sure everyone was included. clean facility, timely, and fast responses. our kids didn't want to leave. we'll be back!
★Christina SternSTOP!! READ THIS BEFORE BOOKING A BIRTHDAY!! Yesterday, 2/22/25, i booked a birthday party for my 6 year old at Juke. We showed up to begin setting up and what do you know, another family was there setting up for a bday! I Immediately called the owner and he scrambled to figure out how he double booked our birthdays. So there I am standing there with my food, drinks, people are arriving already, and they tell me I can use the “game room” upstairs. Which is basically a dirty office with a few tvs to play video games, no tables or anything else. It was either that or go home, so… we took it. The other family refused to share the field with us which was disgusting. The owner didn’t want to have to refund their money as well, so he let them have everything while my son watched from the attic upstairs. Real nice! For almost 2 hours we kept 10, 6 year olds in a small room with no windows until they setup a mock soccer field on the asphalt outside. We did that for about 30 min, then it was over. The owner never showed up, he just hid behind the phone and had his poor minions handle his dirty work. He did refund me out of necessity, but honestly tell that to my upset 6 year old who was looking forward to this for months. The owner is a money hungry vulture so beware. This was humiliating and disappointing. It can happen to you. Please choose another venue!!!
