★Keontae Burrowthe RUDEST life guards ive ever met in my LIFE it seemed as if my presence was not wanted even tho i came to enjoy a swim with my wife. Wasnt loud wasn’t swimming in a hazardous way or nothing yet they continued to antagonize me until we finally just left. Ive been coming here for years never had a bad experience but today was my last time here just thought id share my experience.
★★SusG.I am not a member but for the past 2 years my family and I have occasionally brought day passes to swim in their outdoor pool. Twice in 2025 a kid had pooped in/near the water. I know that's not the facility's fault but still... Today, June 6th, is our first time for the year 2026 and what the heck has the place been doing during the off season?!?? There is gunk in between the concert, trash already laying around already...it's not a clean environment. The kid lifeguards try to enforce rules but if kids don't comply the first time then they just give up, ppl are eating around the pool where they shouldn't... Someone with more years/confidence needs to step up and monitor the pool area once in a while to help the lifeguards and someone needs to clean.

★Kristy LuvI’ve heard great things about it here so We came here today (from a hour away). Definitely didn’t have a good experience AT ALL. The kids come and tell us there’s poop in the pool. So we tell the lifeguard and she acted like it was no big deal. I’m not sure the protocol but she went and looked and that was it. Any other time I’ve been at a pool and that happens they have always cleared the pool out and put chemicals in. Nothing was done here…. Then our 3 year old was a little to small to climb the slides by herself and the guards completely refused to allow the older kids to assist going up. This is a little extreme as they were not planning to go down together. Wouldn’t waste your time or money coming here. Posted a pic of the slide area that the older kids couldn’t walk her up.
★★★★★Julie TuckerThe Jimmy Floyd Family Center is totally incredible! I've heard about it for years, but this was my 1st visit. It provides a place for youth, families, and seniors. While I was there, I walked around the facility. I saw the gym and the ladies bathroom/locker room. I do want to go back as they also have a pool and they are offering pickle ball lessons. I wish we had a center like this in Mt Juliet. They also have a little library outside! Way to go Jimmy Floyd Center!!!
