★★★★★CarolineStopped by to swim en route to Norfolk. It was easy to get a day pass. The locker rooms are spacious with lots of showers, lockers, and stalls. The pool wasnt crowded, and the briggt airiness of the pool deck just has to make you smile. Staff was SUPER friendly.
★Nunyah BiziessIt's a lousy fitness environment. People sit on equipment and use their phone and the attendants don't do anything. People constantly drop weights even though there are large signs saying not to drop weights and the attendants don't do anything. People sit on equipment and chit-chat and the attendants don't do anything. I honestly don't know why they're even there. Just eliminate those positions and reduce the cost of the memberships.

After I did some Cardio..I did the walk around the indoor track... they told me 11 times around was a mile .. so I started slow with 4 laps😊 so maybe I did a quarter mile😊 Can't wait to come back and enjoy one of the Fitness dance classes or either the lap pool or whirlpools...
