The online pool schedule is constantly inaccurate, which makes planning extremely frustrating. It also felt like nobody had clear answers when questions were asked, especially regarding registration. When I tried to find out when registration started, staff were unable to provide information, and one employee wearing a tie-dye YMCA shirt sitting crisscross applesauce appeared more focused on playing a game while sitting on the floor than helping customers. Customer service, communication, and organization need significant improvement.

Has everything that you need to be fit. They just got new equipment. I love the treadmill with the huge touchscreen offering lots of amazing options and landscapes for your walking/running. The place is kept neat and clean. The pool and sauna are awesome!

I was pleasantly surprised. I hadn't realized that there was still residential YMCA housing. And with all the amenities of a YMCA.

I’m new to the area and have checked out this gym a few times. It’s old school, gritty and a relatively tight space. They do a great job maximizing the space they have and the staff here made me feel really welcomed. They have the basics and do a good job keeping the gym clean. One area of improvement is re-racking the weights. The weights are all over the place and I wish members would show each other more respect by keeping it orderly. I had to help a woman remove 12 plates from the leg press machine. Lastly, I love the sense of community here. Membership know each other, the signs they hang on the wall are encouraging, def very positive vibes.

Good YMCA, overall. However the men's locker room really needs some overhauling. It's great to have a steam room and a sauna, but both felt cramped and were as bright as day. I did, overall, enjoy my experience here and would come back to see this cool, old Y again. How cool is this? They used to have a "nap room" in the men's locker room. That's awesome! Such an iconic gem of a building.
