Edit to add, and bring my 4 star to a 1 star, that the incompetent lifeguard was not paying attention and my kid started drowning right in front of her. Not under her where she would have to look down but immediately in her line of sight. Luckily me and another parent watch the kids closely and made it there quickly. She was sitting there picking her nails or looking down doing whatever in lala land; she said she was watching another kid (for that long you were watching one kid, if it’s not a made up excuse?) but several parents said she was just not paying attention and expressed the same upset sentiment. Immediately needs to be fired before she messes up again and causes a civil liability for herself and the facility. Scan the water, it’s your one job. I’d be happy to change this review once she is removed. I see another complaint about not paying attention to a drowning kid in these reviews from the same time she was on duty, unacceptable. Really love this place, my only complaint is that the pool should be membership only or a higher price to get in for the overcrowding. Staff do nothing about people blocking the entrance to the pool or hogging chairs that theyre not using, the pool gets at capacity and members cannot go to the pool… there just shouldn’t be this much trouble for easily avoided issues

Our first experience we arrived with an hour and a half till close, and charged 18$ for a family of 4. Within 15 minutes my eldest 6 year daughter was told to remove her flotation devices, that she doesn’t need, by the 2nd lifeguard. They told me she could wear nothing instead. She only wanted them for comfort. We proceeded to watch 1 of two life guards be distracted by older boys for thirty minutes until a little boy almost drowned. That’s when we decided to leave. Arrived at 5:45 pm left by 6:30 pm. Looks like a great place, experience ruined by the two female lifeguard’s.

Having been a member for only a few years I am continuely impressed with the staff here. Especially Ronda. What a great fit having her in the front office interacting with the members. She is always helpfull, supportive, and smiling. Her wonderful sence of humor is a just a bonus. Thank you Ronda for all you do.

Summer Kick Off event was a fun start for the season. The food (Eggroll Company and Philly Express) and (Sweet Magnolia Mercantile) drink trucks had excellent menu items. There were lawn games and seating areas. The pool was open with lifeguard present. The music could have been more diverse. The event should have lasted a lil longer, so the firepit and string lighting could have been used. Overall, it was a cute lil event.
