★Kathy FrotonI’m really disappointed with the lack of communication and organization. I’ve made multiple calls and sent emails that were never answered, leaving several questions unresolved. We attended four scheduled classes, and only twice was a teacher actually there. There was no communication about cancellations—no notice beforehand and no follow-up afterward—which made it very frustrating to continue showing up without knowing what to expect. I also requested to cancel future classes and asked about a refund, but I’m not even sure if that request went through since I haven’t received any response. There is currently a credit on my account for classes that didn’t take place, but without communication, it’s unclear how that will be handled. The teacher was great when present, but overall the organization and communication need significant improvement.
