★India BennetteI’m very disappointed with the level of professionalism at this dance camp. As a parent, I expect the staff and leadership to maintain appropriate boundaries and conduct themselves in a way that supports a safe, respectful environment for the children who attend. Recently, a staff member arrived at my home in a personal capacity alongside my child’s father. Regardless of anyone’s personal relationships, it is inappropriate for an employee of a children’s facility to involve themselves in situations that can blur boundaries between their personal and professional roles. This has created a serious concern for me about conflict of interest and whether the environment is healthy for my child. In addition, the overall morale and professionalism of the owner seems very low, which affects the experience for both parents and students. I no longer feel comfortable with my child attending this facility, and I hope the leadership takes steps to address these issues.
