Powered by GoogleWe absolutely love this gym! The coaches are patient, encouraging, and truly care about each child’s growth and confidence. Our daughter looks forward to every class with coach Avi (she’s the BEST) and has grown so much. The facility is always clean, organized and the staff is great. We’re so thankful to have found such an amazing gymnastics family!
Yeah absolutely not. I froze my daughters membership in November. Called in January to cancel and was told to give my Information over phone for manager and someone from billing to contact me. A few days later I was charged tuition. I called and she apologized and I even asked if I needed to fill out another cancellation form and she said no I have your information and will get this over to them. Never heard back. Called again and was told no future charges would be on account. I got charged AGAIN and yet still no one will contact me. We froze originally because of the late payments for the staff and feeling like there was no structure or organization for the 3 year olds. We ended up cancelling due to my spouses terminal cancer diagnosis. To have multiple payments is absurd.
My kid has been here about 2 years now. Coaches and staff are great! They have a lot of activities for kids on weekends and summer as well. My only wish is that they held kids more responsible for misbehaving and being a distraction in class. I understand that’s difficult when you are not the parent but kids need to learn to respect coaches and others in the class. There are some kids who I see completely out of control and the coaches don’t take real action, this results in the other kids who are there to learn and have fun miss out on being coached and lots of time wasted.
EDITED Just paid them $200 to re-register daughter and the place gets shutdown the next day due to not paying their rent. Want my money back. Edit: As you can see the company replied to my review with a empty bullshit response. How is bullshit? Because a week after this review they charged me another $200 and have yet to refund the charges. Even had the audacity to ask me multiple times if I was sure I wanted to cancel the membership. These people are garbage.
I'll be honest and say my kids absolutely love this place. We only ever went to open gym for $20 every Friday, which wasn't bad, especially if we needed them to get their wiggles out. But they have changed their prices since summer started to a ridiculous $36. That's four dollars shy of double, that's an 80% increase. Why would you jump your price up that much in a single move?! Why would I pay that much when there are other alternatives? They must've lost their minds and a lot of customers.
