The coaches were awesome with the kids and kept them actively interested in the party. They also had everything flow super well so it did not feel disorganized or rushed, which I was worried about with a party that is only 1.5 hours. But the timing was perfect! I think that birthday parties at ASI gymnastics are a good value because they take a lot of the stress off of you. Bring your decorations and food and drinks and they take care of everything!

My daughter’s class was canceled due to bad weather, meaning she never received the service that I paid for. When I reached out to explain my situation, the manager, Lisa, was completely unhelpful and dismissive. Instead of showing any understanding or offering a solution, I was simply told that they “don’t do refunds.” This is unacceptable. My child did not attend a single class, and yet they are refusing to return my money for a cancellation that was out of my control. There was no flexibility, no empathy, and no attempt to make things right. I understand policies, but good customer service means knowing when to make reasonable exceptions—especially when services were never rendered. Based on this experience, I would not recommend ASI Gymnastics to parents who expect fairness, professionalism, or basic compassion.
