IdRaHaJe ('I'd Rather Have Jesus') is a 262-acre Christian overnight camp in the Front Range mountains outside Bailey, offering week-long summer sessions for kids ages 6-17. Camps are grouped by age (Pioneer 6-8, Mountain Village 7-9, Wilderness Ridge 9-12, Aspen View 11-14, Lodge 14-17), with a Narrow Way Expeditions adventure program (rock climbing, rafting, backpacking) for ages 12-17. Programming is Christ-centered and outdoor-focused.

I went here as a little girl and now I have the great pleasure of seeing my own children make childhood memories here. 20 years later the staff is still so kind, so patient, and camp is a blast for kids of all ages. They offer so many fun experiences including horseback riding (can you spot the kids in the second picture?) archery, rock climbing, rappelling, nature studies and more. I only wish we didn’t live so far away!
