This comes from in-person training and conversations, from the ICE app that has every skill laid out, and from quarterly assessments where accountability is required and celebrated. The app makes it a breeze to schedule, rearrange trainings as needed, and use their multiple facilities. We signed up for a three month commitment and nearly immediately signed for a full year after seeing the progress and confidence in our son. Now, after making the high school team, they continue to develop him and tailor his training...including watching him play in person and giving him tips from video content.
